Prefer movement without added weight? No problem. We can shift to a walking session and still tap into the benefits of forward‑focused coaching on the move.

How “Ruck” & Walking Coaching Works

Our 1:1 coaching sessions take place at Pleasant Park or Historic Downtown Apex, NC. I will provide you the full ruck setup (pack + weights), so you can just show up and move.
